Minor Bug fixes lol

There were some grammar fixes and mistakes corrected in both Handbook versions. As well as some small balance changes and rewording for some items and Abilities, but nothing too drastic. There will be a new one-shot posted very soon for a small pittance, but I wrote it for a convention and thought I’d put it out there. Thank you for playing!
